Then Aristo-Craft has the locomotive for you! Our finely crafted SD-45 is based on the 3600 horse power locomotive built by EMD between 1966 and 1971. Our superbly detailed model includes working directional headlights, detailed and lit cab, smoke, metal grad irons, handrails and lift rings. The Aristo-Craft SD-45 will be over two feet in length. It will ride on a pair of our new three axle dual motor ball bearing equipped power trucks. The prototype used for Aristo-Craft's SD-45 was found in the Norfolk Western Railroad Museum in Roanoke Virginia. Our SD-45 is sure to be a fine addition to any G-gauge layout.
