Anthracite made the Reading Company the largest corporation in the world at its height and it proudly posted its hard coal connections for all to see. While Reading served a region rich with many industries, King Coal ruled until the end. There is no better symbol to this American giant's postwar years than one of their T1 Northerns speeding a train of black diamonds to fuel the furnaces of industry and homes across eastern Pennsylvania. This set brings the industrial might home to your railroad with a LEGACY T1, an assortment of 2-bay hoppers and of course, a Reading standard, the Northeastern Caboose.
