The E235 series has begun to play an active role as a new-generation commuter train with a large front window, display device, and distinctive exterior design. It is the main vehicle of the Yamanote Line, a new standard for commuter trains of JR East.

The model features a realistic front with a see-through driver's cab, AU737 cooler, pantograph, roof equipment and other forms different from mass-produced preceding cars
Front accurately reproduces the delicate gradation of the yellow-green line color on the door
Antenna pedestal has been added
Head/tail lights, front display, and number display lights. Uses white LED
Reproduce the state where the headlights look white even when the lights are off
The front and side displays are printed with "0913G" and "Yamanote Line". Replacement front display "Shinagawa/Tokyo" and "Ikebukuro/Ueno" are included
Wheelchair mark, stroller mark, and emergency door cock notation are printed on all vehicles
Power unit with flywheel enables stable driving. (Basic and satrter sets only)
Each vehicle Body mount close-coupled coupler is used for both intermediate connection parts
